SYSTEM STUDY

We do a thorough study of the current system/ requirements. This includes talking to all stakeholders right from bottom of the pyramid to top leadership. Based on the gathered inputs, we create a solution and then work upon to build a common consensus among the stakeholders. This requires lots of discussions, brainstorming sessions, designing/re-design the solution. The overall goal is to to make sure that we understand the problem before creating a solution.
